اثر کاهش قیمت دلار در قیمت مسکن
قیمت مسکن در ماه های گذشته رشد قابل توجهی داشت به گونه ای که میانگین نرخ رشد ماهانه مسکن در سال جاری در بیشتر ماه‌ها ۱۰ درصد بود. البته در شهریورماه نرخ رشد قیمت مسکن به نصف رسید و تورم ۵ درصدی را تجربه کرد اما در مهرماه شاهد برگشت تورم دو رقمی به مسکن بودیم.
همزمان با آغاز انتخابات ریاست جمهوری آمریکا به جز روز نخست شمارش آراء که دونالد ترامپ از رقیب خود پیش افتاد و بازارها صعودی شدند، پس از آن و با برتری نسبی بایدن بازارهای اقتصادی روند نزولی به خود گرفتند به طوریکه قیمت دلار که در روز انتخابات آمریکا در محدوده ۲۹ تا ۳۰ هزار تومان متغیر بود، نزولی شد و حتی تا کانال ۲۴ هزار تومان هم پایین آمد.
به هر روی اثر روانی پیشتازی بایدن در بازارها محسوس بود، با ریزش قیمت دلار مشتریان سایر بازارها چشم انتظار کاهش قیمت ها هستند که متقاضیان خرید ملک هم از این قاعده مستثنی نیستند.
